It: Il rumore delle fiches sul tavolo si mischia con il brusio del casinò.
En: The sound of the chips on the table mingles with the murmur of the casinò.

It: Siamo in pieno inverno e fuori nevica, ma dentro questa stanza privata del casinò il calore è intenso.
