I'm so excited this week to invite you guys to be a part of my conversation with Emily Nolan. For those of you that don't know her get ready to be inspired and maybe even learn some crazy things about the modeling and social media world (I did!). She is the creator of Topless Yoga and the blog My Kind of Life.
Her message and work create such a meaningful impact in the world and I am truly honored to have her as a guest this week. We get into all kinds of topics from food energetics to 'going topless'. Enjoy the episode and let me know what your favorite part is over in the WWRadio Facebook group!

On this weeks episode I have two of my favorite fan girls from one of the most amazing podcasts I've been recently listening to. Some of you may have actually already heard me in the hotseat on their show, if not be sure the check out that episode too! We dive into lots of topics including writing, podcasting, and of course the difference between 80's babies and 90's babies and beyond. It was so great to get to virtually hang out with Deanna & Emily and hear how they ended up in LA, how the podcast came to be, and get some OMFG advice from them on tattoos, relationships, and other things in life.

Today I've got a special guest and topic for you guys in honor of the release of my book, Let It Out! Jenn Hand is a fellow journaler and we talk about how our different (but similar) journeys have evolved with this transformational tool. Journaling started as a tool for us to help get clarity in our minds around our thoughts and emotions connected to eating and body image. Today we use it for so much more. I hope you guys enjoy this episode and either begin your own journaling practice or dive deeper into one you already have!

It's episode 100 of the podcast! I can't believe I've been hosting my podcast for over 3 years now and I'm releasing the 100th interview episode today, I didn't even realize it! I'm so happy to welcome today's amazing 100th guest Jessie Artigue of Style & Pepper and the podcast Marriage is Funny. She's so inspirational to me and was a blast to talk to on the podcast. We get into her career, relationship, and fashion advice and so much more.

Notes from the show:
Arden is as smart as she is cool and as talented as she is stylish. After speaking with her for two hours (yep, it's a long episode) I understand why she has over a million subscribers or as she calls them, 'Rosebuds,' she's down-to-earth, kind, and bad-ass. In this episode we get into how she handles being a 'mom' to her millions of fans, how she handles haters, her relationship tips, how she met her fellow YouTuber boyfriend, and how she developed her own self-awareness and feminism. It's one of my favorite conversations that I've had in a while and I know you'll love it too. Let us know what you think!
