Story Transcript:

Da: Midt i sommersolen over Århus Botaniske Have mærkede Freja en spænding i luften.
En: Amidst the summer sun over Århus Botanical Garden, Freja sensed a tension in the air.

En: The grass was green, and the flowers were in full bloom.

En: It was here that a visitor had recently vanished without a trace.

En: Freja, an avid botanist and aspiring detective, felt called to solve the mystery.

En: She wanted to prove—both to herself and others—that she could solve a riddle.

En: She approached Mikkel, the garden's quiet gardener, who always seemed to know more than he let on.

En: "Mikkel," said Freja eagerly, "can we work together?

En: I want to find out what happened to the missing person."

Da: Mikkel nikkede langsomt.
En: Mikkel nodded slowly.

Da: "Jeg kender hver en krog her.
En: "I know every nook here.

En: Maybe we can discover something together," he said with a small smile.

En: Lars, the artist with a keen eye, was already in the garden.

Da: Han elskede stedet for dets inspirerende omgivelser.
En: He loved the place for its inspiring surroundings.

En: Freja waved to him and explained their mission.

En: "I can make sketches," offered Lars, "it will help us plan where to look."

Da: De tre begyndte deres søgen.
En: The three began their search.

En: The garden was large, filled with winding paths, secret corners, and shady nooks.

En: They passed by the pond full of water lilies, past the tall trees and the fragrant roses.

En: Each section of the garden was a little universe in itself.

En: Suddenly, behind a dense wall of bushes, Freja found something unusual.

En: There was a small path, almost buried in the living green.

Da: Med Metallicas "Nothing Else Matters" summende i baghovedet for enhvers mod, førte de vejen.
En: With Metallica's "Nothing Else Matters" humming in the back of anyone's mind for courage, they led the way.

En: It revealed an old, forgotten corner of the garden.

En: "Look here," exclaimed Freja, pointing to a trampled patch of earth and some fresh branches that had been broken.

Da: "Nogen har været her for nylig."
En: "Someone has been here recently."

En: They followed the tracks and quickly found what they were looking for: the missing visitor.

Da: Han sad, lettere forvirret, men uskadt, i det skjulte område.
En: He sat, slightly confused but unharmed, in the hidden area.

En: It turned out he had fallen through an old opening and couldn't find his way back.

En: Freja, Mikkel, and Lars immediately contacted the authorities, who helped the man out of his concealed prison.

En: Freja was left with a new sense of confidence.

En: She had trusted her instincts and did what needed to be done.

En: Her curiosity and determination had led to a solution.

Da: Mens de tre så solen gå ned over den smukke botaniske have, vidste Freja, at hun kunne være den store detektiv, hun altid ønskede at være.
En: As the three watched the sun set over the beautiful botanical garden, Freja knew she could be the great detective she had always wanted to be.
