It: Nell'aria c'era un freddo pungente, tipico dell'inverno italiano.
En: In the air was a biting cold, typical of the Italian winter.

It: I fiocchi di neve danzavano fuori dalla finestra della clinica psichiatrica, aggiungendo un tocco magico a quell'ambiente grigio.
