Ja: 東京の冬は長く、冷たかった。
En: Winter in Tokyo was long and cold.

Ja: 高層ビルの廃墟と雪に覆われた街は、奇妙ながら懐かしさも感じさせた。
En: The city, covered in snow and high-rise ruins, was strangely reminiscent.

Ja: その中に、学校の残骸が新しい希望の灯火となっていた。
