It: Il sole splendeva su Roma quel Ferragosto.
En: The sun shone over Roma that Ferragosto.

It: La Fontana di Trevi brillava sotto la luce dorata, e intorno, un turbinio di turisti lanciava monete, sperando nei desideri.
En: The Fontana di Trevi glimmered under the golden light, and around it, a whirl of tourists threw coins, wishing for their desires.

It: Luca era seduto su una panchina, il suo blocco da disegno saldo tra le mani.
En: Luca was seated on a bench, his sketchbook firmly in hand.

It: I suoi occhi osservavano attenti il movimento dell'acqua, cercando ispirazione.
