It: Il cielo era grigio fuori dalla finestra grande dell'ufficio.
En: The sky was gray outside the large window of the office.

It: La neve cadeva abbondante come se volesse coprire tutta la città di un manto bianco.
En: The snow was falling heavily as if it wanted to cover the entire city with a white blanket.

It: In ufficio, Alessia stava guardando l'orologio con ansia.
En: In the office, Alessia was anxiously watching the clock.

It: Sperava di poter tornare a casa in tempo per la cena romantica che aveva pianificato per San Valentino.
En: She hoped to get home in time for the romantic dinner she had planned for Valentine's Day.
