It's fun to think about the past, but when it comes to losing weight, staying connected to those images or beliefs might be keeping you from taking the focused action needed to slim down.
You have a choice to make, keep playing into the past, or get ready to create your future health in a new way; using a new set of thoughts, beliefs, and ways of showing up for yourself and your body that works NOW.
