Da: Solen skinnede lyst over Tivoli Gardens, og duften af sukkerspin svævede rundt i luften.
En: The sun shone brightly over Tivoli Gardens, and the scent of cotton candy wafted through the air.

Da: Det var sommer, og den Internationale Klovnefestival var i fuld gang.
En: It was summer, and the International Clown Festival was in full swing.
