We often get too comfortable at our jobs, our home town, our relationships, and our friendships; and this can cause us to stay in an environment that we have outgrown.  Today Olivia will cover the 4 zones 1. Comfort Zone 2.) Fear Zone 3.) Learning Zone 4.) Growth Zone. There are so many different ways to work your nervous system and live the life you always feared.
