Welcome to another episode of For You From Eve. We are joined on another Friday where we sit and chat all about self isolating when we’re going through something, being okay with being alone, not feeling lonely when you're by yourself, telling your friends you need some time apart, and finding comfort in your own brain.

Whenever I am going through a hard time, I tend to go “MIA” and not want to see or talk to anyone about the way I am feeling, and it becomes difficult for me to talk about my emotions. I often disappear on my social media accounts, and need to face everything on my own. As amazing as it is to be able to work on things by yourself, finding comfort in the people that love and support you is just as important.
