Going into 2023 has me thinking a lot about everything that I want to leave behind and not go into the new year with. I decided I wanted to spend this year focusing on who I am, and reclaiming my power.

It’s not always easy to put yourself first and to trust ourselves to be enough, but it’s always a journey and an experiment when we put ourselves out there, and take a leap to work on life on our own. When we are hurting and going through a low point, we often try to fill our void with distractions and instead of focusing on healing, we just fill our path with distractions.

In today’s episode, I sit and talk to you guys about how I went from filling the void, to focusing on myself and healing my heart and my mental health. I go over attachment issues, needing attention, and how to be enough for ourselves. I also chat a little about the ‘lucky girl theory’ and go through my 2023 notion template with you guys.
