Katie is a writer, speaker, mindset coach, and women’s empowerment activist. She is the founder of WANT: Women Against Negative Talk, a platform that gives women tips, tools, motivation, and inspiration to move forward in their lives fearlessly, by shifting their negative self-talk patterns. She is also the host of WANTcast: The Women Against Negative Talk Podcast; started 8 years ago.

Today we spoke all about Katie's new book and how "Loneliness is Love With Nowhere to Go..." We also spoke about self trust, and what it means to truly like yourself. From your 20s all the way to your 40s, life changes so much and there is so much to be spoken about, and that is exactly what we did with Katie today.
