Alessia is an entrepreneur (founder of the on demand workout platform A Sculpt Body), content creator and advocate for finding balance in wellness and also sharing her recent relationship struggles in order to further bring her community of thousands of women together.

Alessia left her corporate job to pursue her dreams of creating a workout platform that was all about being kind and gentle with your body, all the while uniting women from around the world together. Since making this decision over two years ago, Alessia's platform has continued to grow and she has found her own voice on social media through going through a recent divorce and now most recently, making the tough decision to leave an abusive relationship (her first relationship since the divorce).
