Solo episode! I'm going solo this week and walking you through a typical day in my life. In many ways, this podcast has been my verbal journal and that's exactly where I went with this one. I start with my morning routine and my issues with waking up too early. I talk about some recent special work events, give a look into my current therapy journey, and I explain more about my new virtual styling biz and how great it has been - I'm having so much fun with it!
