Today is my 40th birthday! I awoke today with so much gratitude for where I am on this journey of life. One of the things I am most grateful for is YOU! And today I feel called to share a message of hope and reflection to remind you: The self work you’re doing - It matters. 

I’ll talk about the highlights and challenges that I walked through in my 30s, the things I’m most proud of from the last ten years, and my goals for this new decade of life. 

I just want you to know, from the bottom of my heart: if you are struggling right now in any way, you WILL find your way to the other side. The work? It works!
