Story Transcript:

He: הים הלילה היה כמו שטיח של כוכבים.
En: The sea tonight was like a carpet of stars.

He: החול היה לבן כמו פנינה.
En: The sand was white as a pearl.

He: זאת הייתה חוף שקטה עם עצי דקל ולחישה של גלים.
En: It was a quiet beach with palm trees and the whisper of waves.

He: תמר, איתן ושירה ישבו על שמיכה והביטו בכוכבים.
En: Tamar, Eitan, and Shira sat on a blanket and gazed at the stars.

He: "תמר, תראי את הכוכב הזה!" אמר איתן בצחוק.
En: "Tamar, look at that star!" Eitan said with a laugh.

He: שירה רק חייכה.
En: Shira just smiled.

He: זה היה רגע מיוחד.
En: It was a special moment.

He: הם היו בחופשה שכל כך חיכו לה.
En: They were on a vacation they had been eagerly waiting for.

He: פתאום, שירה הרגישה כאב חזק בחזה.
En: Suddenly, Shira felt a sharp pain in her chest.

He: היא נגעה בלב שלה, ונפלה על החול.
En: She touched her heart and fell onto the sand.

He: "תמר! שירה!" צעק איתן בפנים הלבנות שלו.
En: "Tamar! Shira!" Eitan shouted, his face turning white.

He: הוא לא ידע מה לעשות.
En: He didn't know what to do.

He: תמר התקדמה במהירות לשירה.
En: Tamar quickly moved towards Shira.

He: "שירה, את בסדר?" שאלה בדאגה.
En: "Shira, are you okay?" she asked worriedly.

He: שירה ניסתה לנשום עמוק אבל הכאב היה חזק מדי.
En: Shira tried to take a deep breath, but the pain was too intense.

He: "אני בסדר... זה יעבור," היא מלמלה אבל לא באמת האמינה בזה.
En: "I’m okay... It will pass," she mumbled but didn't really believe it.

He: איתן התחיל להילחץ.
En: Eitan began to panic.

He: "מה נעשה? מה נעשה?" שאל בתסכול.
En: "What should we do? What should we do?" he asked in frustration.

He: תמר ידעה שהיא צריכה להישאר בשליטה.
En: Tamar knew she needed to stay in control.

He: "צריך לעזור לה עכשיו. ונדע מתי לקרוא לעזרה מקצועית," אמרה.
En: "We need to help her now. And we’ll know when to call for professional help," she said.

He: שירה חשבה שהיא חזקה, שהיא יכולה לעבור את זה לבד, אבל הכאב רק גדל.
En: Shira thought she was strong, that she could get through it on her own, but the pain only increased.

He: היא הסתכלה על חבריה.
En: She looked at her friends.

He: הם היו בהלם אבל היא ראתה בעיניים שלהם שהם לא יוותרו עליה.
En: They were shocked, but she saw in their eyes they wouldn’t give up on her.

He: "תמר, אולי נקרא לאמבולנס?" שאל איתן.
En: "Tamar, should we call an ambulance?" Eitan asked.

He: תמר לקחה נשימה עמוקה והחליטה.
En: Tamar took a deep breath and decided.

He: "כן, תתקשר עכשיו," אמרה לו. הבינה שהיא לא יכולה לשלוט בכל דבר.
En: "Yes, call now," she told him, realizing she couldn’t control everything.

He: היא צריכה לסמוך על החברים שלה.
En: She had to rely on her friends.

He: איתן התקשר לאמבולנס והם חיכו בלב הולם.
En: Eitan called the ambulance, and they waited with pounding hearts.

He: תמר דיברה עם שירה בעדינות, ניסתה להרגיע אותה ולהחזיק לה את היד.
En: Tamar spoke gently to Shira, trying to calm her and holding her hand.

He: "את לא לבד. אנחנו יחד," אמרה לה.
En: "You’re not alone. We’re together," she said.

En: Minutes felt like hours until the ambulance arrived.
