Story Transcript:

He: החולות של המדבר זהרו באור הזהב של השמש הסתווית.
En: The sands of the desert gleamed in the golden light of the autumn sun.

He: הילדים היו על טיול בית ספר, והשביל היה מסומן באבנים כדי שלא ילכו לאיבוד.
En: The children were on a school trip, and the path was marked with stones so they wouldn't get lost.

He: ליאורה הלכה יחד עם איתן, והם דיברו בשקט.
En: Liora walked together with Eitan, and they spoke quietly.

He: ליאורה תמיד חשבה על העולם שמסביב.
En: Liora always thought about the world around her.

He: היא אהבה את היופי של הטבע.
En: She loved the beauty of nature.

He: איתן, לעומתה, היה זהיר מאוד.
En: Eitan, on the other hand, was very cautious.

He: המורה הזהיר שלא לעבור את הקווים, אבל ליאורה הרגישה את הדחף לבדוק מה יש מעבר.

En: "If we find something special, we can present it as a project for the holiday."

He: "איתן משך בכתפיו.
En: Eitan shrugged.

He: "החוקים ברורים.
En: "The rules are clear.

En: We're not allowed to cross the boundaries."

He: ""בוא נלך קצת קדימה," הציעה ליאורה.
En: "Let's go a little further," Liora suggested.

He: "נחזור מיד אם נראה שזה מסוכן.
En: "We'll come back immediately if it seems dangerous."

He: "איתן הביט בה, מהסס, אך לבסוף הנהן.
En: Eitan looked at her, hesitating, but finally nodded.

He: "טוב, אבל רק קצת.
En: "Okay, but just a little."

He: "הם הלכו בעדינות מחוץ לשביל המסומן.
En: They gently walked off the marked path.

He: לא עבר הרבה זמן עד שראו משהו מדהים – נווה קטן של מים בין החולות, מוקף צמחים ירוקים.
En: It wasn't long before they saw something amazing—a small oasis of water amid the sands, surrounded by green plants.

He: "וואו," אמרה ליאורה בנשימה עצורה.
En: "Wow," Liora said, breathless.

He: "זה ממש יפהפה.
En: "It's truly beautiful."

He: ""זה גם בטוח," הבחין איתן.
En: "It's also safe," Eitan observed.

En: He took out his phone and snapped a few pictures.

En: They returned to the camp, excited about the discovery.

En: "We found something amazing to present," they announced to their peers.
