He: החדר היה מואר בשמש הקיץ הדרומית.
En: The room was illuminated by the southern summer sun.
He: וילונות בצבעים עליזים כיסו את החלונות, אך המראה מסביב היה כאוטי.
En: Curtains in cheerful colors covered the windows, but the view around was chaotic.
He: על השולחן היו פזורים נצנצים, קופסאות קרטון, ומעט חוברות עם מתכונים לפסח.
En: On the table were scattered glitter, cardboard boxes, and a few booklets with Pesach recipes.
He: מרים עמדה באמצע החדר וסקרה את כל הבלאגן.
En: Miriam stood in the middle of the room, surveying all the mess.
He: היא נאנחה קלות.
En: She sighed softly.
He: "חייבים להתחיל לנקות לפסח," היא אמרה תוך שהיא מרימה קופסת נצנצים ריקה.
En: "We have to start cleaning for Pesach," she said as she picked up an empty box of glitter.

En: Eli, who was engrossed in reading a booklet for Purim, chuckled.
He: "מרים, את באמת חושבת על פסח עכשיו? פורים קודם, בואי נחגוג. יש לנו את כל הזמן שבעולם."
En: "Miriam, are you really thinking about Pesach now? Purim comes first, let's celebrate. We have all the time in the world."
He: מרים גירדה בראשה, "אנחנו חייבים להתארגן.
En: Miriam scratched her head, "We must get organized.
He: אם נתחיל עכשיו, לא נהיה בלחץ.
En: If we start now, we won't be under pressure.
He: את הגלידה אפשר לאכול אחרי שנגמור לנקות," אמרה בתקיפות.
En: We can eat the ice cream after we finish cleaning," she said firmly.
He: רבקה, האחות הצעירה, ישבה על הספה והביטה בהם בעיניים גדולות.
En: Rebecca, the younger sister, sat on the couch watching them with big eyes.
He: "אני חושבת שצריך למצוא פשרה.
En: "I think a compromise should be found.
He: לא חייבים הכל עכשיו," היא ניסתה להרגיע אותם.
En: We don't have to do everything now," she tried to calm them.
He: אלי המשיך, "מה דעתך, מרים?
En: Eli continued, "What do you think, Miriam?
He: נשאיר את הניקיון לאחרי פורים?
En: Let's leave the cleaning for after Purim?
He: נוכל לנסות עכשיו את התחפושות, לשמח את כולם!"
En: We can try on the costumes now to make everyone happy!"

En: Miriam looked at Eli with a frown, but at that moment an idea winked at her.
He: "בסדר, אתה יכול לנסות את התחפושת כאן.
En: "Alright, you can try on the costume here.
He: אבל," היא חייכה בממזריות, "אחר כך נעשה רשימת משימות ונתחיל לנקות."
En: But," she smiled mischievously, "afterwards we'll make a task list and start cleaning."

En: The room filled with laughter as they began to check out the costumes.

En: Eli wore his Purim outfit, and glitter started to spread all over the room.

En: "Wow, you're right, Miriam.

En: Just after we win first place at Purim," said Eli with a grin.

En: They agreed to combine celebration and cleaning, while maintaining family tranquility.
