Motivation can be a fickle feeling. Even top athletes readily admit that they don’t feel motivated 100% of the time! As much as we’d like to, we can’t rely on motivation alone to move us toward our dreams, desires and goals.
But if motivation isn’t our driving force, what should be instead?
Today I’ll walk you through four key practices to add to your life that will give you the focus, connection and structure you need as you work toward your goals. These practices will aid you regardless of what your goal may be, so grab a nice tall glass of water and dive in.
