Comparison is a completely normal part of our lives, and at times it can even be inspiring! In this modern era of content, though, comparison can become deeply overwhelming. Today we’ll talk about how to separate healthy comparison from unhealthy comparison, the importance of comparing both ‘up’ and ‘down’, and strategies you can employ to shift your focus when comparison becomes too intense.
