He: בחנות הקפה הקטנה בלב שוק מחנה יהודה בירושלים הייתה אווירה חמימה ומתוקה.
En: In the small coffee shop at the heart of Mahane Yehuda Market in Jerusalem, there was a warm and sweet atmosphere.

He: הריח של הקפה הטרי שעלה באוויר והתאורה הרכה של קרני השמש שנכנסו מהחלונות נתנו הרגשה של שלווה.
En: The aroma of fresh coffee filled the air, and the soft lighting from the sunbeams coming through the windows provided a feeling of tranquility.

He: היה זה בוקר אביבי, ובחנות נשמע רחש של לקוחות משוחחים ועלעלים בדפים של עיתונים מקומיים.
En: It was a spring morning, and the shop was filled with the murmurs of customers chatting and leafing through local newspapers.

He: אריאל, גבר בשנות השלושים המאוחרות לחייו, נכנס לעבר דלפק ההזמנות.
En: Ariel, a man in his late thirties, approached the order counter.

He: הוא לבש חולצת סוף שבוע פשוטה ולא תיקנה, עיניו נעשו עייפות ונראה כמי שלא ישן היטב כמה לילות.

En: His job as a lecturer was very demanding, and during the period of Shavuot, he had to prepare an important lecture on the holiday's impact on Israeli culture.

He: כשאריאל עמד בתור, לפתע הרגיש שהוא רוכן קלות.
En: As Ariel stood in line, he suddenly felt himself leaning slightly.

He: החדר סביבו התחיל להסתובב, והוא חש סחרחורת חזקה.
En: The room around him started to spin, and he experienced a strong dizziness.

En: He leaned on the counter, attempting to steady himself.

He: דניאל היה תמיד מלא אנרגיה ובעל עין חדה להבחין כשמשהו אינו כשורה.

He: "לחץ, אתה יודע איך זה", ענה אריאל בחיוך חלש.
En: "Stress, you know how it is," replied Ariel with a weak smile.

He: הוא ניסה להתנהג כרגיל למרות שחש שאין בכוחו להרחיק את תחושת החולשה שהותקפה עליו לפתע.
En: He tried to act normal though he felt he couldn't shake off the sudden weakness that overcame him.

He: אך לפני שהספיק להוסיף מילה נוספת, אריאל הרים את ידו אל מצחו, ואז הרגיש שהכול נעשה חשוך.
En: But before he could add another word, Ariel raised his hand to his forehead, then felt everything go dark.

He: הוא נשען קדימה והתרסק מדי בשוגג בכיסא הסמוך.
En: He leaned forward and accidentally collapsed into the nearby chair.

He: אנחנו בחנות הקפה, ליד השולחן, ישבה ליאה, אחות במקצועה, שבדיוק נהנתה מכוס קפה בזמנה החופשי.
En: In the coffee shop, by the table, sat Leah, a nurse by profession, who was just enjoying a cup of coffee in her free time.

He: היא הבחינה במתרחש וקפצה מיד על רגליה לעזור.
En: She noticed what was happening and immediately jumped to her feet to help.

He: "כדאי שנבדוק אותו," אמרה דאגה בקולה.
En: "We should check on him," she said, her voice filled with concern.

He: היא דאגה לבדוק כל נשימה וכל תגובה.
En: She carefully checked every breath and response.

He: דניאל עמד ליד, חרד לגורל חברו.
En: Daniel stood by, anxious for his friend's fate.

He: כאשר המצב החמיר ואריאל איבד את ההכרה לזמן קצר, ליאה נקטה בפעולה מהירה.
En: As the situation worsened and Ariel briefly lost consciousness, Leah took swift action.

He: היא ביקשה מדניאל להתקשר למגן דוד אדום בזמן שהיא ביצעה עזרה ראשונה והחזיקה את ראשו של אריאל בקפידה.
En: She asked Daniel to call Magen David Adom, while she performed first aid and carefully supported Ariel's head.

En: Shortly after, the ambulance arrived.

En: Ariel began to regain his senses and looked around with open eyes.

He: "אני בסדר," הוא ניסה להגיד, אבל קולו היה חנוק.
En: "I'm okay," he tried to say, but his voice was hoarse.

He: "אל תדאג," ליאה חייכה לעידוד, "אתה בידיים טובות.
En: "Don't worry," Leah smiled reassuringly, "you're in good hands."

He: "כשהאמבולנס נעמד בפתח החנות הקטנה, אריאל התעודד מהידיים התומכות של דניאל וליאה.
En: As the ambulance stood at the entrance of the small shop, Ariel was comforted by the supportive hands of Daniel and Leah.

He: הם ליוו אותו בחיוך ומילים חמות, ואריאל הבין כמה חשוב לפעמים לבקש ולקבל עזרה מהסובבים אותו.
En: They accompanied him with smiles and warm words, and Ariel realized the importance of sometimes asking for and accepting help from those around him.

He: מאותו היום, אריאל החליט לתת עדיפות לבריאותו ולהקשיב לגופו.
