He: בוקר שישי הירח כבר שוקע, אבל בשוק מחנה יהודה בירושלים הכל רק מתחיל.
En: Friday morning, the moon is already setting, but at the Mahane Yehuda Market in Jerusalem, everything is just beginning.

He: רעש האנשים, ריח הפירות והירקות, הצבעים הזוהרים מכל הדוכנים - כל אלה מכניסים את כולם לאווירת השבת המתקרבת.
En: The noise of the people, the smell of the fruits and vegetables, the bright colors from all the stalls – all of these immerse everyone in the atmosphere of the approaching Sabbath.

He: נועם, יעל ואבי יצאו לשוק עם רשימה גדולה.
En: Noam, Yael, and Avi set out to the market with a large list.

He: אבא ביקש לקנות ירקות לסלט, אמא רצתה פירות טריים לקינוח, וילדים חיפשו ממתקים לשבת.
En: Dad asked for vegetables for a salad, Mom wanted fresh fruits for dessert, and the kids were looking for treats for the Sabbath.

He: "שלושת הילדים התקדמו לדוכן הפירות.
En: The three kids advanced to the fruit stall.

He: תפוחים ירוקים, בננות צהובות ותותים אדומים חייכו אליהם.
En: Green apples, yellow bananas, and red strawberries smiled at them.

He: יעל בחרה תפוחים יפים.
En: Yael picked beautiful apples.

He: נועם הוסיף בננות ואבי הצביע על התותים.
En: Noam added bananas, and Avi pointed at the strawberries.

He: "נהדר, הכל נמצא ברשימה," אמר אבי בגאווה.
En: "Great, everything is on the list," Avi said proudly.

He: "עוד דבר אחד," אמר נועם, "ממתקים לשבת.
En: "One more thing," Noam added, "treats for the Sabbath."

He: "הם הגיעו לדוכן הממתקים.
En: They arrived at the candy stall.

He: שוקולד, סוכריות וגומי צבעוני התקבלו בחגיגה.
En: Chocolate, candies, and colorful gummies greeted them in a festive display.

He: אבי בחר שוקולד, נועם לקח סוכריות ויעל בחרה גומי.
En: Avi chose chocolate, Noam took candies, and Yael picked gummies.

He: חוזרים הביתה, הביאו נועם, יעל ואבי את הקניות למטבח.
En: Returning home, Noam, Yael, and Avi brought the groceries to the kitchen.
