He: ירושלים תמיד הייתה מלאה באור בעיני אליאב.
En: Yerushalayim always glowed with light in the eyes of Eliyav.

He: ובעונה זו, האביב פרח במלואו והעיר הייתה אף יותר מרהיבה.
En: And in this season, spring had blossomed fully, making the city even more spectacular.

He: הימים היו חמימים ונעימים, וריח הגשם האחרון עדיין עמד באוויר.
En: The days were warm and pleasant, and the scent of the last rain still lingered in the air.

He: סמטאות ירושלים קיבלו את פני המבקרים לפסגת בינלאומית, ושם עמד המרכז שבו יתקבל דודו של אליאב, עמוס, באות כבוד.
En: The alleys of Yerushalayim welcomed visitors to an international summit, and there stood the center where Amos, Eliyav's uncle, was to be honored.

He: אליאב חיכה לרגע הזה.
En: Eliyav had been waiting for this moment.

En: "What is the dream, Eliyav?"

He: ""אני רוצה להיות אמן.
En: "I want to be an artist.

En: To change careers.

He: אבל אני חושש שלא אתמוך בציפיות המשפחה.
En: But I'm afraid I won't meet the family's expectations."
