In today's episode, we talk all about learning to live in the moment and trying to stop worrying and overthinking about the future. Living in your head can sometimes be such a scary place to live in; and we can get in our heads so much we forgot where our two feet are. I talk a lot about my personal experience with overthinking and how I am able to try to get out of my own head.
