Political powerhouse and author Alencia Johnson joins me today for an illuminating conversation about finding the courage to change. 

Alencia has worked on campaigns with Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, Barack Obama, and Elizabeth Warren. She has sat on the board of Planned Parenthood, and she is the founder of the social impact consultancy 1063 West Broad. Despite all of these accolades, Alencia found herself lost and unsure of who she was or what she wanted in life. She embarked on a journey of self discovery to find her own voice, and has culminated that personal work into her upcoming book, Flip the Tables: The Everyday Disruptor’s Guide to Finding Courage and Making Change.
