En: The heat of the summer was heavy in the air of the Yam HaMelach.
He: נעם, תמר ואיתן הגיעו למקומם בנופש קיץ.
En: Noam, Tamar, and Eitan arrived at their summer vacation spot.
He: החול הלבן והמים המלוחים ברקע, קבוצת החברים התמקמה ליד המים.
En: With the white sand and salty water in the background, the group of friends settled near the water.
He: תמר, עם הרפתקנות בעיניים, הציעה להתחיל בתחרות שחייה קטנה.
En: Tamar, with adventure in her eyes, suggested starting a small swimming competition.
He: איתן הניד בראשו בחיוך והצטרף.
En: Eitan nodded with a smile and joined in.
He: נעם, לעומת זאת, לא היה בטוח.
En: Noam, however, was unsure.
He: הוא חייך במבוכה, אך ליבו היה בלב העניין אחר.
En: He smiled awkwardly, but his heart was elsewhere.
He: נעם היה אדם שאוהב שקט.
En: Noam was a person who enjoyed quiet.

En: Deep down, he sought moments of silence to think.

En: A wonderful inner calm washed over his heart.

En: The sea seemed to whisper the answers to all the questions he didn't know he was asking.

En: But just then, he heard familiar voices.
He: תמר ואיתן, מחייכים ורטובים במים, התקרבו אליו.
En: Tamar and Eitan, smiling and wet from the water, approached him.

En: Tamar greeted him with a playful toss of sand.
He: "הנה אתה!
En: "There you are!
He: דאגנו לך.
En: We were worried about you."
He: "נעם צחק ונאנח פנימה.
En: Noam laughed and sighed inwardly.
He: "אני פשוט צריך קצת שקט לפעמים," הוא אמר בשקט, מנסה למצוא את הדרך להסביר.
En: "I just need a bit of quiet sometimes," he said softly, trying to find the way to explain.
He: איתן התיישב לידו, המים הרוחשים ברקע.
En: Eitan sat down next to him, with the gentle murmur of the water in the background.
He: "כולנו צריכים את שלנו," הוא אמר בחיוך בטוח.
En: "We all need our own space," he said with a confident smile.
He: השיחה ביניהם התגלגלה בעדינות על הצורך בפרטיות בתוך החברות.
