He: הקיץ בעיר היה לוהט, אפילו המזגן במשרד הגדול בקושי הצליח לצנן את האוויר.
En: The summer in the city was scorching, even the air conditioner in the big office barely managed to cool the air.

He: אמית ישב במשרדו מול המחשב, לחוץ מזיעה ומלחץ.
En: Amit sat in his office in front of the computer, sweating and stressed.

He: הוא היה חדש בתפקיד, ולמרות הכול רצה להרשים את רינה.
En: He was new to the position, and despite everything, he wanted to impress Rina.

He: המחשבים צלצלו והקלידו, ואמיתי ידע שיש לו רק שעה עד המצגת הגדולה.
En: The computers buzzed and typed, and Amitai knew he had only an hour until the big presentation.

He: פתאום הוא שם לב לשגיאה חמורה בנתונים.
En: Suddenly, he noticed a serious error in the data.

He: "לא ייאמן," מלמל לעצמו, לבו דופק בחוזקה.
En: "Unbelievable," he murmured to himself, his heart pounding.

En: Amit faced a dilemma: try to fix the error himself or tell Rina.

En: He knew she had high expectations and did not tolerate mistakes.

He: אבל הזמן קצר, והוא הבין שהוא לא יכול להתמודד לבד.
En: But time was short, and he realized he couldn't handle it alone.

He: הוא נכנס לחדרה של רינה, והיא הרימה עיניה מהמסך.
En: He entered Rina's office, and she lifted her eyes from the screen.

He: "אמית, יש בעיה?
En: "Amit, is there a problem?"

He: " שאלה בצורה מקצועית אך חדה.
En: she asked professionally yet sharply.

He: "כן, יש שגיאה בנתונים," אמית השיב בכנות.
En: "Yes, there's an error in the data," Amit replied honestly.

He: הוא ציפה לשמוע ביקורת, אך במקום זאת רינה הופתעה.
En: He expected to hear criticism, but instead, Rina was surprised.

He: "בוא נפתור את זה יחד," אמרה.
En: "Let's solve it together," she said.

He: עם מאמץ משותף ובעבודת צוות נכונה, הצליחו לתקן את השגיאה בזמן.
En: With joint effort and proper teamwork, they managed to correct the error in time.

He: הגיע רגע המצגת.
En: The moment of the presentation arrived.

He: אמית נעמד מול צוות המנהלים, קצת לחוץ אך מוכן.
En: Amit stood in front of the management team, a bit nervous but ready.

He: הוא הניח את ידיו על הדוכן והרצה את הנתונים המתוקנים בצורה ברורה ובטוחה.
En: He placed his hands on the podium and presented the corrected data clearly and confidently.

He: כשהסתיים, המנהלים הרעיפו שבחים על המצגת המקצועית.
En: When he finished, the managers showered him with praise for the professional presentation.

He: רינה ניגשה אליו לאחר מכן ואמרה, "עשית עבודה מצוינת, האומץ שלך לומר את האמת הוא הדרך להצלחה.
En: Rina approached him afterward and said, "You did an excellent job, your courage to speak the truth is the way to success."

He: " אמית חייך, מלא גאווה.
En: Amit smiled, full of pride.

En: The sun set on the skyline of the city, and the long day ended with a sense of achievement and new hope.
