In this episode, Jill and Erin talk about how they'll support their daughters through difficult body image days. They discuss how to set boundaries with friends and family to protect themselves and their kids from harmful body image messages. Jill asks Erin more questions about health coaching and then they head off to pick their kids up from school. 

Erin and Jill met over 15 years ago serving bottles of wine and chicken fingers at a restaurant they worked at in their early 20's. Since then they've been side-by-side through the highs and lows of life - from marriage, to entrepreneurship, to raising kids, losing loved ones, and the odd mental health struggle thrown in for good measure.
