Story Transcript:

El: Ήταν μια λαμπερή, ηλιόλουστη ημέρα στην Ακρόπολη της Αθήνας. Το καστανόψαφνο μαλλί του Δημήτρη να χοροπηδά στον ρυθμό των βημάτων του. Δίπλα του, η Sοφία με τα γυαλιστερά μαύρα κατάμαυρα μαλλιά και ο Αλέξανδρος με το έντονο καστανό βλέμμα.
En: It was a bright, sunny day at the Acropolis in Athens. Dimitris' chestnut brown hair bounced to the rhythm of his steps. Beside him, Sofia with her shiny black hair and Alexandros with his intense brown gaze.

El: Ο Δημήτρης σταμάτησε μπροστά σε ένα άγαλμα, μάρμαρο λευκό και το κοίταξε με θαυμασμό. Με μια βαθιά ανάσα, ξεκίνησε να μιλάει στο άγαλμα με προσπάθεια και φαίνεται πως έχει ενδιαφέρον γεγονός. "Γεια σου...εσύ ο αρχαίος ήρωας!" βγήκε από τα χείλη του Δημήτρη σε ένα λίγο τραγικό ελληνικό προφορά, όπου κάθε σύμφωνο είχε τη δική του θέση.
En: Dimitris stopped in front of a statue, white marble, and looked at it with admiration. With a deep breath, he began to speak to the statue with effort, and it seemed to be an interesting event. "Hello...you ancient hero!" came out of Dimitris' lips in a slightly tragic Greek accent, where each consonant had its own place.

El: Η Σοφία και ο Αλέξανδρος ακούσανε τον Δημήτρη και γέλασαν. Ήταν γέλιο χαράς, γέλιο αγάπης, γέλιο παιδικό που έκανε την καρδιά να χαρεί. Αλλά ο Δημήτρης δεν το το πήρε άσχημα, σηκώθηκε με θάρρος και είπε "Έτσι μαθαίνει κανείς!".
En: Sofia and Alexandros heard Dimitris and laughed. It was laughter of joy, laughter of love, childlike laughter that made the heart rejoice. But Dimitris did not take it badly, he stood up with courage and said, "That's how one learns!"

El: Η ημέρα πέρασε γρήγορα ανάμεσα στη γέλια και τη γνώση. Όσο επάνω βρίσκονταν, τόσο πιο μικρή είδαν την Αθήνα, αλλά τόσο πιο κοντά ένιωσαν. Και κατάφεραν να ενώσουν τη γέλια του τώρα με τη γνώση του χτες, και σίγουρα της αυριανής μέρας.
En: The day passed quickly amidst laughter and knowledge. The higher they were, the smaller they saw Athens, but the closer they felt. And they managed to combine the laughter of now with the knowledge of yesterday, and certainly of tomorrow.

El: Η ιστορία αυτή δεν είχε ήρωες και κακούς, ούτε πρίγκιπες και πριγκίπισσες. Είχε όμως κάτι πολύ πιο σημαντικό. Είχε την πραγματική ζωή, είχε γέλιο, χαρά, γνώση και την απλή επιθυμία όλων μας να προσπαθήσουμε, να μάθουμε και να αγαπηθούμε.
En: This story had no heroes and villains, no princes and princesses. Instead, it had something much more important. It had real life, laughter, joy, knowledge, and the simple desire of all of us to try, to learn, and to be loved.
