He: בוקר אחד באביב, מיכה הסתובב בשוק הכרמל השוקק בקצה מתחת לעיר הגדולה.
En: One morning in the spring, Micha wandered through the bustling Shuk HaCarmel at the edge of the big city.

He: היה עליו לקנות את כל המצרכים הנחוצים לסדר הפסח הראשון שהוא עומד לארח.
En: He had to buy all the necessary ingredients for the first Seder Pesach he was about to host.

He: המון אנשים בין הדוכנים גרם לו להרגיש לחוץ.
En: The crowd of people between the stalls made him feel anxious.

He: הרוכלים קראו בקולות רמים והמון אדם צמל סביבו.
En: The vendors were shouting loudly, and a throng of people surrounded him.

He: הוא פחד שלא ימצא את כל מה שצריך לפני שהשוק ייסגר.
En: He was afraid he wouldn't find everything he needed before the market closed.

He: נעמי, חברתו של המשפחה, פגשה אותו ליד דוכן הפירות.
En: Naomi, a family friend, met him by the fruit stall.

He: היא הייתה מומחית בקניות בשוק ותמיד ידעה את הדרך הטובה ביותר להשיג מציאות.
En: She was an expert at shopping in the market and always knew the best way to find bargains.

He: "רוצה עזרה, מיכה?
En: "Want some help, Micha?"

En: she asked with a smile.

En: Micha nodded gratefully.

He: "אני קצת מודאג שלא אמצא הכל בזמן.
En: "I'm a bit worried I won't find everything in time."

He: "השניים החלו לעבור בין הדוכנים.
En: The two started to move between the stalls.

He: נעמי הציעה לקנות צנוברים מערבי השוק, ואילו מיכה מצא את הכרפס בדיוק בזמן.
En: Naomi suggested buying pine nuts from the west side of the market, while Micha found the parsley just in time.

He: השמש החלה לשקוע באופק, והוא חש במתח כשהבחין שזה עלול להיגמר.
En: The sun began to set on the horizon, and he felt the tension as he realized it might all end.

He: לאחר תחרות קטנה עם קונה אחר, מיכה הצליח לתפוס את החבילה האחרונה של פטרוזיליה טרייה.
En: After a small competition with another buyer, Micha managed to grab the last package of fresh parsley.
