It: Il villaggio di montagna era immerso in un manto di neve.
En: The mountain village was wrapped in a blanket of snow.

It: Le strade erano piene di maschere colorate e musica.
En: The streets were filled with colorful masks and music.

It: Era il Carnevale, e la gente ballava e rideva.
En: It was Carnevale, and people were dancing and laughing.

It: Al centro del villaggio c'era un vecchio edificio in pietra, il museo storico, dove la classe di Luca andava in gita scolastica.
En: In the center of the village, there was an old stone building, the historical museum, where Luca's class was going on a school trip.

It: Luca era un ragazzo curioso.
En: Luca was a curious boy.

It: Voleva trovare un oggetto unico per impressionare l'insegnante.
En: He wanted to find a unique object to impress the teacher.

It: Giulia, la sua amica timida, lo seguiva.
En: Giulia, his shy friend, followed him.

It: Matteo, il buffone della classe, faceva battute per nascondere le sue insicurezze.
En: Matteo, the class clown, made jokes to hide his insecurities.
