Story Transcript:

He: במשרד גדול במרכז העיר, הכול היה מוכן לתחילת החורף.
En: In a large office in the city center, everything was ready for the start of winter.

He: חימום עבד במלוא העוצמה וכל פינה מעוטרת בעצי רימון קטנים, מסמל את החג ט״ו בשבט.
En: The heating was working at full capacity, and every corner was decorated with small etzei rimon (pomegranate trees), symbolizing the holiday of Tu BiShvat.

He: בתוך כל זה, אריאלה ישבה ליד דלפקה, מתכננת את עתידה.
En: Amidst all this, Ariella sat by her desk, planning her future.

He: "דב יבקש ממני דוח שגרתי, אבל אני חייבת להתכונן לשיחה על קידום," חשבה לעצמה.
En: "Dov will ask me for a routine report, but I must prepare for a conversation about promotion," she thought to herself.

En: Dov's office was warm and supportive, filled with books and family photos.

En: Dov was always a direct manager but always supported his employees.

En: He gave a small smile as he invited Ariella to sit down.

En: "Ariella, how do you see yourself in the coming years?"

En: Dov asked calmly.

En: "In truth, I see myself in a more senior role," Ariella said cautiously, "I am ready to lead and take on responsibility."

En: Dov looked at her, and suddenly a smile spread across his face.

En: "You have great potential, and that's clear to me," he said.

En: Ariella felt a great weight lift off her shoulders.

En: She looked at Dov with genuine gratitude.
