Wekelijks 10 minuten met Ruud de vingerwijzer.Als hoog gevoelige weet ik hoe het voelt om met de vele prikkels om je heen om te gaan.
Al vroeg was ik geïnteresseerd in de handen en met name de vingers. Ik leerde dat de vingers verbonden zijn met je brein, maar ook de emoties vast kan houden die jouw lichaam ervaart.Waarbij je kunt stellen dat in de rechter vingers je denken, oude emoties en de ervaringen uit het verleden zit en in de linker vingers je intuïtie, je creativiteit en je toekomst zit.
Het is inmiddels mijn levenswerk geworden om mensen die last hebben van verhoogde overprikkeling te helpen, te ondersteunen en tips mee te geven om anders met die gevoeligheid om te gaan.

Na jarenlang onderzoek kwam ik er achter dat je vingers heel veel informatie vrij kan geven hoe jij met die prikkels in je leven bent omgegaan.
Aan je vingers kun je dus zien hoe jouw lichaam zich voelt.

Met die kennis over hoe je met die overprikkelend het beste omgaat en dat het via de vingers is op te lossen ben ik mijn eigen methodiek Vingerreflexologie gestart.

Ben je ook klaar met jouw overprikkeling? Loop je in rondjes en kom je niet verder? Laat dan jouw overprikkeld verleden achter je door te luisteren naar mijn podcast Helende vingers die te beluisteren is op Apple iTunes, Google play en Spotify.

Daar leg ik je graag uit hoe het komt dat je last hebt van die overprikkeling.
Daarnaast staan er ook wat meditaties om je verder te helpen.
