Host, Brad Walsh, having spent his corporate career in the world of A/V technology, felt that there was a greater story waiting. Brad was introduced to the world of Boudoir Photography and he immediately fell in love with the empowering mission and message behind boudoir photography. Being immersed in this world and seeing the life-changing effects it had on women helped to reveal his true calling—creating space for women to see themselves in a light they normally don't get to see themselves in. Brad realized this work was his life's purpose, so he left my AV tech career to pursue boudoir photography full-time. Witnessing the incredible transformations in his clients confirmed he had found his purpose. Two years later, while working as a women's empowerment photographer, Brad had another epiphany: I need to broaden my impact by creating a podcast. When Covid-19 hit in March 2020 rendering Brads business in-operable, he saw an opportunity to be a voice of hope and positivity amidst global fear and negativity and Empowerography was born. Brad's podcast is a platform whose purpose is to Empower. Elevate and Educate by amplifying the voices of women. Betsy McNally Laouar is a personal fitness trainer, nutritionist, professional body builder, gymnastics coach  and best selling author of two books, Binges and Balance Beams and Gymnachef. She works exclusively with gymnasts, coaches, and families within the gymnastics community to teach about balance in nutrition and fitness through her world renown traveling Betsy Bootcamps.  For so long, the gymnastics world has been centered on extreme nutrition and fitness practices. Betsy uses her experiences to connect lessons from both her life and other coaches, athletes, parents, experts  and specialists  to change the culture of the gymnastics community. Through education we can help to develop better understanding of what our athletes need. Betsy is also the mother of a nonverbal autistic child and will cover topics of mental wellness, positive body image and how the gymnastics community can come together. She's just trying to "figure it all out" and wants you to tumble along with her!

Sword is meant to be interchangeable with whatever you want, whether it be your leadership skills, communication skills, mindset or any area of your life that you're looking to improve and refine.
