Mein Name ist Christian Bischoff. Ich bin Mindset-Coach und darf seit fast 30 Jahren das tun, was ich wirklich liebe: Menschen helfen, über sich hinaus zu wachsen und ihre eigenen Grenzen zu sprengen. 

Als 19-jähriger begann ich diese Mission als Profi-Basketballtrainer, ehe ich mit 30 meine Selbstständigkeit als Seminarleiter und Vortragsredner startete. Es ging los mit der Schultour MACH DEN POSITIVEN UNTERSCHIED, die ca. 250.000 Jugendliche in über 500 Schulen in ganz Deutschland erreichte, ehe ich meinen Fokus auf Seminare, Podcast und Online-Weiterbildung legte.

Dieser Mindset-Podcast startete im Mai 2016 als Branchenpionier der Persönlichkeitsentwicklung. Er unterstützt Menschen, das richtige Mindset für ein erfolgreiches, glückliches und erfülltes Leben aufzubauen. Mindset bezeichnet die Art und Weise, wie ein Mensch denkt.

Meine Herzensmission ist meine AUSBILDUNG ZUM MINDSET-COACH, in der ich den Teilnehmenden über einen Zeitraum von 20 Monate alles Wissen mitgebe, was ich zum Thema Mindset habe. Sie werden in die Lage versetzt, dies in ihrem eigenen Leben zu implementieren und zusammen mit meiner Frau Kerstin vermitteln wir auch die Coaching-Tools, wie Du Mitmenschen, Mitarbeiter, Klienten und Kunden effizient coachen kannst. 

Mein zweites Herzensprojekt sind meine Seminare CREATE YOUR OWN REALITY, SELFMASTERY und MINDFULNESS.

Unterdessen habe ich mit über 500'000 Menschen zusammengearbeitet und ihr Mindset aufs nächste Level gebracht!

"Widower's Journey Podcast" is part of a support network for men who have been widowed or lost a spouse or life partner. Author Herb Knoll discovered upon losing his wife to cancer, that there were really no support services available to grieving men. He wrote a book "The Widower's Journey" as a way to help other men who were going through the same situation. It was followed by a Facebook group that now serves over 1,800 in 38 countries. 

This podcast features interviews with widowers and experts, and provides a community for men going through this difficult time, with followers in 47 countries.

We’re two friends, Krystal and Gabby, who have known each other since elementary school. We grew apart after high school, but shared trauma brought us back together a few years later. Krystal started opening up about her journey through PTSD, abuse, and losing her Dad by suicide on social media. At the same time Gabby was dealing with her Mom being diagnosed with stage four cancer. After graduating from college, she moved home and became one of her Mom’s primary caregivers. After 2 years of helping take care of her Mom, she ended up passing shortly after starting this podcast. We’ll never claim to have all the answers or to know the best way to do things. We'll keep it REAL, lead with our hearts, and show up as fully and as openly as we possibly can. In doing so, we hope you find a home here on the Breakdown to Breakthrough podcast. Finding Normal: Life after Spiritual Trauma

I am excited to announce my new podcast, Dr. Hallowell’s Wonderful World of Different.  I will be talking with people who live to the beat of a different drum, exploring the many invisible differences so often called mental illnesses. I prefer to call them differences, both positives and negatives. I see them through the lens of neurodiversity and present them in a true and balanced view, free of the stigma and shame that so often distort and misrepresent these many and common differences.
 
Dr. Hallowell’s Wonderful World of Different celebrates life and the tremendous variety of ways people find to live it. I celebrate the courage and creativity it takes to take a road less travelled, to live outside the lines, and to stand proud and tall being who you are, even while others misunderstand and even ridicule you. My podcast creates a celebratory, triumphant tone for the many varieties of people and minds.
 
So-called mental illnesses are categorized by their pathology, while completely ignoring the strengths they also always embody. I intend to show how wrong—inaccurate, shaming, and condemning—such emphasis on pathology truly is. I want to turn the diagnostic manual upside down and show the myriad strengths represented in all variations of human nature, even those often called illnesses 

I’ve been a psychiatrist for over 40 years, and I’ve met people from all walks of life and with all sorts of differences.
