This project was created to profile quarterbacks--uniquely skilled athletes who play the most demanding position in sports--to find out what they possess above the shoulders that leads to their success on the field and after their career ends.  What can be learned from these signal callers by anyone looking to reach maximum potential in all areas of their lives? You will learn the crucial concepts of responding to adversity, communication, processing large amounts of information at once, leadership, preparation and decision making, which all play a pivotal part in being a successful QB.  But they can also play a role in running a business, improving relationships, or taking on a new personal challenge.  This aims to be a collection of stories and lessons from some of the most accomplished signal callers ever to play the position.
