Hi hi! I have a mixed bag solo for you from the foot of my bed with a little bit of everything: my recent trip to Costa Rica, adult friendship anxiety, getting time away from all the usual routines of life and motherhood, screaming under a waterfall....and then straight back to loading the dishwasher and answering school emails. But seriously, this trip to Costa Rica with a group of women I didn't know so well was way outside my comfort zone, and it truly cracked me open in the best way.
