Why do we set goals for ourselves and then not follow through? It’s not because we’re lazy or because we lack discipline, and it’s not because we don’t care. 

The all or nothing mindset that we approach goals with can set us up for failure. So today we’re going to explore a different way to create consistency around a new goal - one that is focused on alignment, self compassion, and flexibility. Because consistency isn’t about perfection. It’s about coming back again and again, despite moments when you might have fallen off.
