Are you ready to re-align your life? Today we learn about how to identify our core values, as a starting place, so that whatever next job, hobby or relationship we pursue, is aligned to who we are and who we want to be. We were never taught how to identify these at school, or anywhere really, so today's episode is packed with practical tips on how to find your core values to make aligned decisions.

To explore this, I am joined by Olena Mytruk who is a life design coach and mentor, as well as creator of the Breverie Life Design System. • How to reconnect with yourself & live out your greatness with Sarah Grynberg

Host of top-rated podcast, A Life of Greatness, Sarah Grunberg sits down with me today to share her learnings on what inner alchemy is required to live a happy, fulfilling life of greatness.

In this episode, Sarah discusses her approach to balancing work and family life, acknowledging that she may not always have as much time for her kids due to work commitments, but she emphasizes that when she does spend time with them, she is fully present and engaged. We talk about the fallacy of perfectionism, "radical acceptance" and how trying to achieve perfect work-life balance can lead to feeling guilty and overwhelmed. She shares just how she achieves this instead!

She of course also shares her definition of greatness and helps us reflect on what brings us joy - perfect for anyone looking for side hustle or hobby!

  • People who do this one thing actually have time for what they need/love (guilt-free)!

Today's episode is for anyone wanting more time for what they love + needing a tangible and pragmatic way to prioritise themselves.

We will chat about the importance of having clear priorities and how to be flexible with them. I share my two lists of priorities: non-negotiables and wants, which will ensure you are always making time for the things that are most important to you, even when life gets chaotic.

HOWEVER, because life is unpredictable and things don't always go according to plan, we need to have some flexibility with these often 'rigid' non-negotiables. Tune in for some tips for creating and using the two lists of priorities.

    (00:00) Introduction

    (03:09) Being flexible w priorities

    (05:06) Getting clear on priorities

    (08:20) Wants list

(11:51) What about weeks of chaos!?
