He: המחנה היה מלא חיים.
En: The camp was full of life.

He: ילדים ובני נוער התאמנו בשדות הירוקים.
En: Children and teenagers trained in the green fields.

He: קרני שמש חמות עברו בין העצים הצפופים מסביב.
En: Warm sunbeams passed through the dense trees surrounding them.

He: במרכז כל זה עמדה יעל.
En: In the midst of it all stood Yael.

He: היא עמדה מול חנות הציוד הקטנה שבפינת המחנה, וניסתה להחליט מה לקנות.
En: She stood in front of the small equipment store at the corner of the camp, trying to decide what to buy.

En: "This summer I have to prove myself," she thought to herself.
