Story Transcript:

He: בדמדום הבוקר בירושלים, דוד נושא עיניים ישנות אל השוק.
En: In the early morning stillness of Jerusalem, David carried tired eyes to the market.

He: הרחובות העתיקים, שאובני הסלע שלהם מזכירים את ההסטוריה העמוקה של המקום, ממלאים לו את הלב בחם.
En: The ancient streets, their stone walls reminiscent of the deep history of the place, filled his heart with warmth.

He: היום הוא יביא לבית מתנה עבור אשתו, תכשיט מיוחד, ידע שמתנה איכותית תשפיע על מערכת היחסים שלהם לטוב.
En: Today, he would bring home a gift for his wife, a special piece of jewelry.

He: נכנס לחנות של רוכל שהכיר מאז הילדות.
En: He knew that a quality gift would positively impact their relationship.

En: With a gentle smile on his lips, David sifted through the items until he found one particularly stunning bead that flashed in the sunlight streaming through the window.

He: הוא מסתכל למלאכה, שמח ברכישה ובזמן שחכה, הוא מבין שהתמודדות עם הרוכל הייתה למעשה תמודדות עם עצמו, עם האהבה שלו לאשתו, עם הכבוד שהוא חוש לה.
En: He looked at the package, delighted with his purchase, and as he waited, he realized that his negotiation with the merchant was, in fact, a negotiation with himself, with his love for his wife, with the respect he felt for her.
