He: שם שלו הוא אברהם.
En: His name is Avraham.

He: מבטנו העגול הוא מסמל לאהבתו הגדולה לאוכל.
En: His round belly symbolizes his great love for food.

He: לא פשוט לאהוב אוכל בעיר שכל פינה מציעה שפע מסעדות טעימות, וזו הסיבה שאברהם חי בתל אביב.
En: It isn't easy to love food in a city where every corner offers an abundance of delicious restaurants, which is why Avraham lives in Tel Aviv.

He: היום הוא התכוון להתפנק.
En: Today, he planned to indulge himself.

He: לילה רטוב בתל אביב.
En: It was a rainy night in Tel Aviv.

He: האפיפיורים במרתפים נישאים לאוויר והאנשים מתגנבים לתוך בתי הקפה והמסעדות החמים.

He: אברהם הושיב את עצמו בפינה שקטה, בחלל המסעדה החמים, שפתיו כבר הפריחו בשאפת הנחתם של הסטייק.
En: Avraham settled himself in a quiet corner, in the warm space of the restaurant, his lips already blooming with the anticipation of the steak.

He: המלצרית האחראית עליו, מרי, הסמינה לו לעשות מקום לקערה הגדולה.
En: The responsible waitress, Mari, gestured for him to make room for the large bowl.

He: כשהיא הגיעה אליו, הוא נבהל.
En: When she arrived, he became flustered.

He: סלט במקום סטייק, ירקות במקום בשר.
En: Salad instead of steak, vegetables instead of meat.

He: "מציאנו בטעות" הוא ניסה להסביר, אך מרי הולכת עם התשובה: "אובדנים של שליטת מנות צמחוניות, נשארו לך הירקות.
En: "We made a mistake," he tried to explain, but Mari responded, "Vegetarian dishes have taken control, all that's left for you are the vegetables."

En: He was in Tel Aviv, a place filled with an abundance of restaurants and burger joints on every corner.

He: היא הצלחה באותו מקום לזמן של סטייק.
En: She succeeded in that place with a steak.

He: יד נעתה, הוא בלעת הראשון מהסלט.
En: His hand moved, he swallowed the first bite of the salad.

He: המתיקות, המרירות, המרקם - הוא מפתיע.
En: The sweetness, the bitterness, the texture – it surprised him.

He: "אברהם?
En: "Avraham?

He: איך הסלט?
En: How is the salad?"

He: " מרי שואלתו בבילבול.
En: Mari asked him in confusion.

He: אברהם, בתוך פה מלא, מבהיק אותה בצורה שהפתיעה גם אותו, "זה ממש טעים.
En: Avraham, with a mouthful, beamed at her in a way that surprised even himself, "It's really tasty."

He: " עצמו הוא השמיע מאחורי ספל המים.
En: He could hear himself behind the water glass.

He: אברהם השאיר את המסעדה מבעד ומנגן, מחייך לדפנה שהבנה שמשמע אכן שינוי.
En: Avraham left the restaurant with a newfound understanding, smiling at Mari, who understood that it indeed meant a change.
