He: ברחוב כיכר השעון ירושלים, בת מסעדת 'בר-קיו מספר תשע', ישב דוד, כובש כובעיו, תהיה, מביט בתלהבות על מנה שהושרת לפניו.
En: On Clock Square Street in Jerusalem, at the restaurant "Bar-Kyu, number nine," sat David, wearing his hats, calmly gazing at the dish that had been served to him.

He: מהרחוב הבאנוסיי הצף אוויר של שבת, אוויר של נפש.
En: The air on the banosiy street was filled with the spirit of Shabbat, the spirit of the soul.

He: שטויות מאהבת, חשב, ברוק קטן בעיניים.
En: Silly thoughts of love crossed his mind, a small sparkle in his eyes.

He: זה יום נהדר להיות בירושלים, במסעדה המסורתית הזו.
En: It was a wonderful day to be in Jerusalem, in this traditional restaurant.

He: אך כאשר חשף את הקערה הברזלית מהמנה שהוצגה בפניו, העיניים שלו נפתחו.
En: But when he uncovered the iron bowl of the dish presented to him, his eyes opened wide.

En: Stunned, David looked at the contents of the bowl.

En: He didn't want to take his dissatisfaction out on the waiter and ruin the atmosphere with his embarrassment.

En: But at that moment, Sara surprised him with a big smile.

He: "אתה מזמין צמחוני תמיד?
En: "Do you always order vegetarian?"

He: " שאלה שרה קורת רוח.
En: Sara asked cheerfully.

He: פניו הפלידו אומץ מעט, בראשו חשב בבהירות.
En: A slight blush spread across his face as he thought clearly.

He: "דווקא יש לי משהו מיוחד למנה הזו, זה דרך קלה לנשום," צחק.

En: A hidden compulsion revealed David.

He: הוא אמר שיום עם אשתו במסעדה המסורתית יהיה זכר חושב.
En: He said that a day with his wife in this traditional restaurant would be a thoughtful experience.

He: החליפו דיבורים עמוקים ונחמדים כאשר הוא אכל את מנת הצמחונית של הברביקיו שלו - מנה, שאף פעם לא חשב שיזמין.
En: They exchanged deep and pleasant conversations as he ate his vegetarian dish from his barbecue - a dish he had never thought he would order.
