He: בוקר חורף קר, ולאבי היה עוד יום עבודה בבנין הכנסת.
En: A cold winter morning, and Avi had another workday at the Knesset building.

He: אבי היה עובד תחזוקה מסור, אך לפעמים קצת מגושם.
En: Avi was a dedicated maintenance worker, but sometimes a bit clumsy.

He: הוא תמיד קיווה לקידום, ולפתע שמע שיש בדיקה שגרתית שצריך לבצע.
En: He always hoped for a promotion, and suddenly he heard there was a routine check to perform.

He: הוא נכנס לארון האחסון הקטן והצפוף כדי לבדוק שהכל במקום.
En: He entered the small and cramped storage closet to check that everything was in place.

He: תוך רגע של חוסר תשומת לב, הדלת נסגרה מאחוריו בלחיצה והוא ננעל בפנים.
En: In a moment of inattention, the door clicked shut behind him, locking him inside.

He: הארון היה עמוס בציוד ניקוי, והאור המהבהב הפיל צללים מפחידים על הקירות.
En: The closet was filled with cleaning equipment, and the flickering light cast frightening shadows on the walls.

En: "Tali, I’m locked in a storage closet," he whispered on the phone before the battery died.

He: "בבקשה, תבואי מהר.
En: "Please, come quickly."

He: "טלי הגיעה, מחפשת, ופשוט כששמעה את הקול המסתנן של אבי, נתקפה צחוק חנוק.
En: Tali arrived, searching, and as soon as she heard the muffled voice of Avi, she burst into restrained laughter.

He: בלי להסס היא פנתה לשחרר אותו, אך בטעות פגעה בנוזל ניקוי שהתפזר סביבם בצורה משעשעת.
En: Without hesitation, she went to free him, but accidentally hit a cleaning fluid, which amusingly spilled around them.

He: נשימתם חזרה, והם הסתכלו אחד על השנייה.
En: Catching their breath, they looked at each other.

En: "Avi," Tali laughed, "even in your dreams you manage to get into trouble."

En: Noam came and found them both engulfed in the mess, nodding with a slight smile.

He: "כולם עושים טעויות," הוא אמר בקול רגוע יותר.
En: "Everyone makes mistakes," he said in a more composed voice.

He: אבי הצליח להתרווח, צוחק לרגע יחד עם חבריו על המבוכה שהייתה.
En: Avi managed to relax, laughing for a moment along with his friends about the awkward incident.

He: הוא הבין שצריך להיות זהיר יותר ולהמשיך להתמקד בעבודה, אבל גם ללמוד לצחוק על עצמו.
En: He realized he needed to be more careful and continue focusing on his work, but also learn to laugh at himself.

He: ואז, התכנסו כולם לנקות את הבלגן שבארון.
En: Then, they all gathered to clean up the mess in the closet.

He: החורף שרר בחוץ, והבניין היה מלא בשאון היומיום, אבל הפעם, אבי ידע שבחבריא יש משהו שמחמם את הלב.
En: Winter prevailed outside, and the building was full of the daily hustle and bustle, but this time, Avi knew that there was something heartwarming in the camaraderie.
