He: בחום של קיץ, מצאתי את עצמי עומדת מול דלתות המחלקה הפסיכיאטרית.
En: In the heat of summer, I found myself standing in front of the doors of the psychiatric department.

He: הדלתות הכחולות נפתחו והתחושה הראשונית הייתה כמו כניסה לעולם אחר.
En: The blue doors opened, and the initial feeling was like entering another world.

He: המסדרונות היו ארוכים ונראו אין סופיים, החדרים מוארים באור לבן ומלאים תקווה.
En: The corridors were long and seemed endless, the rooms lit with white light and filled with hope.

He: "היי, אני אריאלה," אמרתי לראשונה למי שראיתי.
En: "Hey, I'm Ariella," I said for the first time to those I encountered.

He: הרצון שלי היה להתחיל ברגל ימין ולהשאיר חותם חיובי.
En: My desire was to start off on the right foot and leave a positive impression.

He: נועם, התרפיסט המנוסה, קיבל את פניי בחיוך קל אך תיאר את עצמו כאיש שמתעקש על השיטות הישנות.

He: "שלום, אריאלה.
En: "Hello, Ariella.
