He: "גולש האור העשיר של שקיעה על האבנים החומות של ירושלים, מתחיל באט באט להתפרד מהעיר העתיקה."
En: As the rich light of sunset touches the stone walls of Jerusalem, it slowly begins to bid farewell to the ancient city.

He: "במרכז העיר, באחת מסניפיו של קפה קצת משונה, הושב דיוויד פלייס, מבקר אנגלי מזוקק."
En: In the center of the city, in one of its quirky coffee branches, sat David Place, a seasoned English tourist.

He: "אברהם, בעל המקום, עומד מאחורי הבר, מארח לו את החיים בראש טוב."
En: Abraham, the owner, stood behind the bar, hosting him warmly.

He: "מהצד, רחל, מלצרית מנוסה, ממשיכה להגיש את ההזמנות על פי הלוח זמנים שרק היא מבינה."

He: "הקפה שלנו חד פעמי, אני עונה על השיחות כשאני רואה שיש לי זמן והאורחים שלנו יודעים שאם הם מזמינים מנה שנדרשת להכנה מיוחדת, יהיה עיכוב."
En: Rachel, who overheard the conversation, chimed in: "Our coffee is a one-time experience, I take orders when I see I have time, and our guests know that if they order a dish that requires special preparation, there will be a delay."

He: "הבנה מסוימת התחילה להבליט את ניצוצה בעיניו של דיוויד. "זיהוי של מה שאתם מתכוונים ל'זמן הישראלי'?" שאל, מרחם את המספרים במחשבתו.
En: A certain understanding began to sparkle in David's eyes. "Could you elaborate on what you mean by 'Israeli time'?" he asked, pondering the words.

He: "די בדיוק!" חייכה רחל, אז הוסיפה אברהם: "אצלנו מכניסים את ההמתנה עם הפרטנר, החברים והמשפחה שאיתם אתה יושב. זה מה שנקרא 'זמן ישראלי'".
En: "Exactly!" Rachel smiled, then Abraham added, "With us, waiting time is spent with partners, friends, and family you are sitting with. This is what we call 'Israeli time'."
