He: עבירה של חורף עטפה את מעונות הקולג', כששלג כיסה את הדשא שבחוץ והסטודנטים נעלמו לחופשותיהם.
En: A winter atmosphere enveloped the college dormitories as snow covered the outside grass and the students disappeared for their vacations.

He: דלתות החדרים סגורות, והמסדרונות כמעט ריקים.
En: The room doors were closed, and the corridors were almost empty.

He: אך בחדר קטן, קליידוסקופ של רגשות לא נתן מנוח לעבירה, סטודנטית שנה ראשונה.
En: But in a small room, a kaleidoscope of emotions gave no rest to Avira, a first-year student.

He: היא ישבה על המיטה שלה, מחזיקה ספר פתוח, אך מחשבותיה נדדו.
En: She sat on her bed, holding an open book, but her thoughts wandered.

En: But, I have to talk to Maya.

He: "היי מאיה, גם אני התגעגעתי.
En: "Hey Maya, I missed you too.

He: איך הכל הולך בבית?" עבירה שאלה בזהירות.
En: How is everything at home?" Avira asked cautiously.

He: מאיה הפסיקה לרגע.
En: Maya paused for a moment.

He: "קשה קצת, אבל אני בסדר.
En: "It's a bit tough, but I'm okay.

En: Will you come back for the break?"
