En: In the small café in the suburbs of Sydney, Australia, Zohar sat by a large window, gazing out at the chilly winter day.
He: החנות היתה חמה ומלאה באנשים, מלמלות של שיחה וקולות של מכונת קפה נשמעו מכל עבר.
En: The shop was warm and crowded with people, the murmur of conversation and the sounds of the coffee machine coming from all around.
He: זוהר חשב על השבועות האחרונים שבילה באוסטרליה.
En: Zohar thought about the last few weeks he had spent in Australia.
He: הוא התגעגע הביתה, לישראל, אבל הייתה בו גם תחושה של משהו לא פתור.
En: He missed home, Israel, but there was also a sense of something unresolved within him.
He: ידידותו עם ירדן הייתה פעם אחת מהקשרים המשמעותיים ביותר בחייו.
En: His friendship with Yarden had once been one of the most significant relationships in his life.

En: Zohar started, trying to convey things simply.
He: ירדן חייכה, והיא לא ידעה כמה המילים שלה מחדרות אותו.
En: Yarden smiled, unaware of how her words moved him.
He: "כן, סידני יפה בחורף," היא אמרה בעיניים מהממות חיבה.
En: "Yes, Sydney is beautiful in winter," she said with eyes filled with stunning affection.

En: They continued to chat, and finally, the moment came when Zohar knew he had to speak.
