In this solo, I'm answering all your questions. Starting with fertility - is adoption on the table for us? Do I have an exact infertility diagnosis? Has the fertility process affected our sex life? What shifted between Timmy and I after having Sonny? My thoughts and feelings about being labeled the breadwinner. If you are thinking of having your first baby, I've got some thoughts for you, along with my honest feelings about having kids with a big age gap. You also asked about beauty and I'm always down to wax on about that - where I get Botox, my favorite all-time hair color and cut, if I use at-home light therapy, and a looooot more.
I love being able to answer your specific questions so always keep them coming!

Join iconic Hollywood couple Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin for a candid, hilarious, and totally outrageous podcast about life, love, and everything in between. You may know them from their acting careers (For Lisa – Days of Our Lives, Melrose Place and a four-time Daytime Emmy nominee; For Harry – Clash of the Titans, LA Law, his Emmy-nominated role in Mad Men, Mayfair Witches) or Lisa’s unforgettable 8-year stint on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but there’s a lot more to this duo than what you’ve seen on screen. With Lisa's bold, larger-than-life personality and Harry's laid-back charm, this couple could not be more different. But after more than 30 years together, they’ve proven that opposites really do attract. Together, Lisa and Harry dive deep into the highs and lows of their careers, stories from their marriage, and juicy behind-the-scenes gossip from their years in the industry. Whether they’re laughing, debating, or reminiscing, “Let’s Not Talk About the Husband” is the perfect blend of humor and heart. No matter what Lisa and Harry are discussing, there’s one thing you can count on – they’re going to own it, baby! Tune in for new episodes every Friday.

We can all do so much more with less. In this episode, I sit down with parenting expert and sensory play queen Myriam Sandler to talk all things Playful By Design. Myriam has all the insight about how small shifts in your home setup can lead to big changes in your family dynamic. We get into the magic of sensory play, how to set up a toy rotation to keep things fresh, and how giving your child more freedom builds their self-esteem and confidence. If you've felt overwhelmed by clutter, screen time, or just the daily chaos of parenting - this conversation is your guide to simplify, connect, and make things a whole lot more playful. With practical hacks (like how to get Sharpie off your walls) and deep wisdom about trusting your instincts, Myriam offers a refreshing, doable path to a calmer, happier home for both kids and parents.

In this episode, I sit down with Dr. Jenn Gunsaullus - sociologist, sex therapist, and communication expert - for an honest, enlightening, and fun conversation about the deeper layers of intimacy. We explore some tricky but important territory: the impact of antidepressants on libido, how and when to talk to your kids about sex, and how to get more comfortable with your own discomfort. We dive into what it really means to communicate about sex (without shutting down), how to build emotional and physical intimacy, and why "generous listening" might be the most underrated skill in relationships. This chat is packed with nuggets of wisdom and helpful words to give yourself more grace. I know you are going to love this one!

A weird and wonderful Date Night episode for you! All our usuals and there's lots of things to catch up on, like how Penny pooped up a hillside and Timmy then fell and fractured his hip. We have a new segment where we go through each other's Chat GPT histories, it was so good that it needs to be a regular segment. I could tell you all the weird things we get into, but why spoil the fun? THANK YOU AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

So excited to sit down with the one and only Hannah Brown! Ever-relatable and refreshingly honest, Hannah Brown is a former Bachelorette, bestselling author, and so much more. From the whirlwind of reality TV fame to the quiet and messy work of rediscovering herself, Hannah opens up about embracing the chaos, finding real love off camera, and channeling all of it into her writing. I also really enjoyed getting to ask her all my questions about the behind the scenes of Special Forces. Whether you've been a longtime fan of her or just love a good reinvention story, this one is filled with heart and humor.

In this episode, I sit down with architect and Feng Shui expert Anjie Cho to explore the subtle yet powerful ways our homes impact how we feel, what we attract, and how we live day to day. We dive into the energetic shifts that can happen through the smallest design changes - whether it's moving a piece of furniture, clearing clutter, adding certain colors, or placing something with intention. Anjie generously explains how to create nourishing spaces that align with your goals and help you call in abundance, love, clarity, or whatever you're needing more of. From understanding the energy flow of the bedroom to why the front door matters so much, this chat is packed with wisdom and practical tips. This conversation inspired me to look at my space with fresh eyes and I hope it does the same for you!

So excited and honored to get to interview My fertility doctor, Dr. Catha Fisher. She knows the ins and outs of my fertility journey well and is here to talk about all of it. We get into where we're at with my surrogacy process, and she shares her perspective as both my doctor and a compassionate witness to so many women's difficult journeys. We hear many stories of women navigating fertility challenges, but rarely do we hear the honest, emotional perspective of the doctors who walk alongside them through it all. I ask Dr. Fisher your questions, ones we were never taught to ask. When is the ideal time to freeze your eggs, at what point should you start looking into IVF, the real cost of IVF, the costs of surrogacy, unexplained fertility, and a lot more. Dr. Fisher shares what she remembers from working with me, and what every woman should know about her fertility, whether she's trying to conceive or simply thinking about the future. This is a topic that is obviously personal to me and so many others, and I appreciate Dr. Fisher for doing this so so much!

Just me today, coming to you from the corner in my guest room. There's a lot happening and I glad to fill you all in on what's been going on over here - the launch of my sunglasses line with LuvLou (if you watch on YouTube, I try them all on!), some High Confectionary updates, and where Timmy and I are at with the surrogacy journey. From fun weekend moments with Timmy's brother in town and summer plans, to business moves to things I'm hoping for - this episode is a big ol mixed bag. Thanks for being here and catching up with me.
